UK trained postgraduate doctor, with specialist GMC registration in Radiology.  

Wilmi studied Medicine at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa before moving to the UK. She obtained her MRCPCH in London and subsequently trained in Radiology at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital. She has been a consultant radiologist for over ten years, working at Guy's and St Thomas' and Kingston Hospitals and being actively involved in FRCR teaching throughout her consultant career. She was the Kingston Hospital Educational Lead for Radiology from 2015 to 2018. She is a consultant radiologist with subspecialty interests in Women and Children Imaging and more specifically Breast Radiology.

Interests include advanced body & Neuro imaging and Intervention including vascular and non-vascular interventional techniques.

I am a dedicated, personable, hard-working radiologist, with a solid background in general and acute adult radiology and a sub-specialty interest and a broad base of experience in Paediatric and Neonatal radiology, adult and paediatric Neuroradiology and Nuclear Medicine.

Teaching has always been an important professional focus outside my clinical practice. I am the RCR Clinical tutor, a foundation program Educational supervisor and the Deputy Phase 2 (clinical training) Lead for the University of Buckingham Medical School at Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust. Additionally, I continue to provide teaching for the Oxford radiology registrars preparing for both parts of the FRCR. I have also taught in Viva practice sessions for the Revise Radiology/Everlight courses.

I take immense pride in maintaining the quality of my work and this continues to be reflected in positive feedback from my clinical peers, seniors, juniors and para-medical colleagues. Additionally, I make sure to reflect upon and learn from mistakes I have made which shaped my role as the Department Lead for Education. As part of this role, I transformed the learning processes and QA by adopting to run REALM meetings in accordance with RCR guidance.

 Dr Georgina Alam works both as a teleradiologist with Everlight as well as an NHS

Consultant radiologist who enjoys both general and on call emergency radiology as well as

having an interest in Neuroradiology and Head and Neck radiology. When not at work, she

enjoys spending time with her family in the Scottish countryside she calls home as well as

playing tennis, going to the theatre and travelling.

I underwent my radiology training in University hospital of north Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent. During my final years of training I had my sub-specialty training in Gastrointestinal and Head & Neck imaging. I worked as Consultant Radiologist in University hospital of North Staffordshire and Worcester Royal infirmary. I used to chair the upper GI, Hepatobiliary and Head & Neck MDT. I was also the lead for information governance.  

I relocated back to India in 2015 and ever since I was working in Trivandrum, Kerala in a private multi-specialty hospital (PRS hospital, Trivandrum, Kerala, India). Here I was leading the MRI department. During my last 7 years of my employment, I developed and implemented quality assurance programme for the imaging department. I also devised standard operative procedures for adult and pediatric sedations in MRI department. I regularly chair the monthly neuroradiology meetings with the clinicians discussing the challenging studies. Played a major role in establishing discrepancy meetings and cardiac MRI services.

I was also an internal quality auditor represented imaging department during NABH (National accreditation Board for hospitals) and ISO (International organization of standardization) assessment.

Currently I am working full time for Everlight radiology and part time in the PRS hospital, India. In addition to GI and Head & Neck imaging, I also report adult neuroradiology studies.

Dr. Biswas is a Consultant Neuroradiologist at The Walton Centre for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Liverpool. He did his specialist training in Radiology in the Mersey Deanery followed by a subspeciality Fellowship in Neuroradiology at The Walton Centre. His main interests are in Epilepsy imaging, cerebrovascular imaging, imaging of the spine and spinal interventional procedures. Dr. Biswas has a strong interest in teaching and training. He is the College Tutor for Clinical Radiology at his Trust and regularly teaches at Radiology and Neurosciences courses in UK and abroad.  He is a member of the Training and Education sub-Committee of the British Society of Neuroradiologists (BSNR) and is the Lead for the BSNR Grand Round programme. Dr. Biswas is a co-investigator and collaborator for several research projects and has many publications and posters to his name. He has also won several awards for his work. Dr. Biswas is also a reviewer for several peer reviewed Radiology and Neurosciences journals.
