For over a decade, Everlight Radiology has been a lifeline to hospitals, private imaging clinics, and corporate radiology providers across the UK, Australia, and beyond. Established in Australia as Imaging Partners Online in 2006, in response to the increasing demand for round-the-clock outsourced radiology reporting, Everlight entered the UK market in 2010 as Radiology Reporting Online—a partnership with University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH).

Having offices on opposite sides of the world was an integral part of our founders’ unique vision—to leverage international time zones and provide 24/7 radiology reporting while ensuring our team of radiologists only ever worked ‘daylight’ hours. This vision has enabled Everlight to grow significantly, with a radiologist team of more than 200 GMC specialist consultants, all with extensive NHS experience, collectively reporting over 650,000 examinations annually for NHS hospitals.

Operating out of offices in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa, as well as supporting specialists working remotely from America, Canada, and continental Europe, Everlight maintains an unwavering commitment to quality reporting. All reports undergo rigorous peer review, and our extensive quality assurance systems ensure we consistently exceed accepted benchmarks for accurate reporting.

Recognising the importance of high-quality training in radiology, Everlight Radiology has now partnered with the South West (Bristol) FRCR Course to deliver a combined programme aimed at supporting radiology trainees preparing for the FRCR 2B examinations.

The South West (Bristol) FRCR Course was started in 2008 by Koshy Jacob (then a fourth-year registrar) as a small project to help fund computers and books for the Registrars’ Room at the Bristol Royal Infirmary. Over the past decade, it has steadily grown into one of the most sought-after FRCR courses in the UK, continually evolving based on feedback from delegates and consultants.

From the outset, the course’s aim has been to provide the best FRCR preparation available, offering exceptional value. It was among the first UK courses to be authenticated for examiners’ CPD points and pioneered the use of examiner assessment to ensure the highest quality of case selection and examination technique.

In keeping with our commitment to the radiology community, we have run numerous webinars covering key teaching topics for the FRCR 2B examination. With the combined expertise of Everlight Radiology and the South West FRCR Course, this collaboration is set to elevate training standards further, providing candidates with unparalleled access to experienced examiners, high-quality cases, and expert guidance.
