Additionally, he plays a crucial role in appraising other radiologists, drawing upon his coaching skills and extensive experience in the field. He also holds qualifications  as a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC). 

For over five years, he has served as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Revise Radiology, an online platform dedicated to providing comprehensive and effective educational resources for aspiring radiologists. Through a range of offerings, including online courses, webinars, vivas, and personalized coaching, they have successfully assisted hundreds of candidates in preparing for exams such as FRCR, FRANZCR, and MICR. His passion lies in fostering a supportive learning environment and ensuring that trainees are well-prepared for the challenges in the continually evolving field of radiology.

  I am a Consultant Radiologist with a specialization in Musculoskeletal Radiology and have more than 18 years of experience in this field. I am also a Consultant in Sports Medicine. I have been practicing musculoskeletal imaging and sports injuries imaging for this period and have been involved in both imaging and treatment of sports injuries. I have treated many football, rugby, and cricket players, and also other athletes.Skilled in Healthcare Management, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Medical Education.Passionate about Radiology research and Medical education.  

I underwent my radiology training in University hospital of north Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent. During my final years of training I had my sub-specialty training in Gastrointestinal and Head & Neck imaging. I worked as Consultant Radiologist in University hospital of North Staffordshire and Worcester Royal infirmary. I used to chair the upper GI, Hepatobiliary and Head & Neck MDT. I was also the lead for information governance.  

I relocated back to India in 2015 and ever since I was working in Trivandrum, Kerala in a private multi-specialty hospital (PRS hospital, Trivandrum, Kerala, India). Here I was leading the MRI department. During my last 7 years of my employment, I developed and implemented quality assurance programme for the imaging department. I also devised standard operative procedures for adult and pediatric sedations in MRI department. I regularly chair the monthly neuroradiology meetings with the clinicians discussing the challenging studies. Played a major role in establishing discrepancy meetings and cardiac MRI services.

I was also an internal quality auditor represented imaging department during NABH (National accreditation Board for hospitals) and ISO (International organization of standardization) assessment.

Currently I am working full time for Everlight radiology and part time in the PRS hospital, India. In addition to GI and Head & Neck imaging, I also report adult neuroradiology studies.

During this time and up until recently I also worked directly for the NHS as a Substantive Consultant Radiologist based at Peterborough City Hospital, a 635 in-patient bed Acute Teaching Hospital. I have a specialist interest in breast imaging and was Clinical Lead for Breast Imaging across the two main hospital sites within the trust. I am fully competent with general CT, MRI, ultrasound, plain film, and basic nuclear medicine reporting. I ran regular in-patient lists 'hot' reporting general and emergency CT, MRI and plain radiographs. I ran in-patient and out-patient ultrasound lists, including pediatric and general soft tissue examinations. I have regularly ran oncological and breast MDMs. I participated in the 'duty radiologist' service taking calls from the Hospital and GP's. I supported Registrars and junior colleagues with their reporting and providing second opinions, and provided on-the-job and planned teaching. I was Deputy Foundation Training Programme Director with a special focus on digital innovation and pastoral care. I also provided teaching for medical students from University of Leicester and University of Cambridge. I was an appraiser for consultant colleagues within the trust. I was on the general on-call rota (1 in 12). I also actively participated in discrepancy meetings, audit, clinical governance and research. In my role as clinical lead I  developed the service of both the Peterborough City Hospital and Hinchingbrooke Hospital breast services, I also led the Duty of Candour process. I introduced several improvements to the service, including getting the department recognised as a host site for the National Breast Imaging Academy Fellowship.

I am fully competent in reporting mammography, breast MRI, digital breast tomosynthesis and breast ultrasound, and perform and supervise both ultrasound guided and stereotactic guided biopsy, VAB, needle aspiration, marker clip insertion and wire localisation. I received a year of training in ROLL procedure as a specialist trainee. I have been a film reader within the NHSBSP since 2015. I have experience running regular NHSBSP assessment clinics as a trainee and for over 8 years as a consultant. I regularly participate in PERFORMS and running breast MDMs. I regularly undertake clinical audit.
