• Consistency Matters: Expectations and decisions regarding contributions are applied consistently across all candidates.

1. Study Group Examiners

   • Task: Conduct study group sessions, reviewing cases and guiding candidates.

   • Payment: £15 per session (1-1.5 hours).

2. Teaching Sessions

   • Task: Conduct teaching sessions post-exam (this task may be eliminated by the updated scholarship system).

   • Payment: £25 per session (if applicable).

3. Viva Practice Sessions

   • Task: Facilitate viva practice sessions to help candidates prepare for exams.

   • Payment: £25 per session.

Failure Pathway:
If a candidate does not pass the exam, they are released from exam-dependent roles and transition to the exam-independent contribution track. The scholarship remains valid and can be completed through alternative tasks that do not require exam readiness.

Completion of Scholarship:
Once all agreed tasks are completed satisfactorily, the scholarship is formally closed. Candidates will not be required to complete additional tasks or obligations beyond what was agreed upon.

Eligibility for Future Scholarships:
Once the scholarship is completed, the candidate is eligible to apply for future scholarships, subject to review. Future scholarships will depend on engagement, professionalism, and a thoughtful re-sit plan.
