Eligibility and how to arrange a transfer
Who is eligible?
Candidates with Mastery access, including through All-Inclusive, who cannot sit their intended exam because they could not secure a place, illness or serious circumstances.
What carries over?
You keep the number of access days you had left, rather than receiving a fresh five months. We’ll confirm how those days apply to your new course and whether any additional payment is needed for more access.
How do I arrange a transfer?
Message us on WhatsApp or email info@reviseradiology.com with:
Your registered email address
Your current course and intended new sitting
The reason you cannot sit your exam
We’ll review your request and confirm your new access dates before making changes.
What about my live-course booking?
If you have All-Inclusive, please tell us whether you also need to move your live-course booking. Separate booking-transfer terms apply; see Refunds and cancellations.
Why can’t I pause or extend my course?
Mastery courses are linked to specific exam sittings. Transferring to another cohort keeps your preparation aligned with your new sitting.
Have an older subscription?
Legacy subscriptions retain their original terms. Contact us to check which arrangements apply to you.
