About these terms
These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using Revise Radiology’s website, learning platform and educational services. Please read them alongside your chosen product description, purchase information and our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
1. Who we are
Revise Radiology Ltd provides radiology education and exam-preparation services.
Company number: 09134299
Registered office: 13 Durleigh Road, Bridgwater, TA6 7HU, United Kingdom.
For questions about your purchase, account or these terms, email info@reviseradiology.com.
2. Our products and your purchase
Your product description and purchase information explain what is included, the applicable dates and your access period.
Mastery: preparation for a specific exam stage and sitting, with a fixed access period.
Live course: scheduled teaching or practical examination preparation on specified dates.
All-Inclusive: Mastery combined with the matching live course.
Core: a separate subscription for ongoing case-based learning.
Observer place: access to observe the relevant live course without an individual hot seat or presentation slot.
Features and participation rights vary between products. Please check what is included before purchasing and contact us if anything is unclear.
3. Your account
Provide accurate registration information and keep your contact details up to date.
Your account is for your individual use. You may use your own devices, but you must not share your login or course access with another person.
Keep your login details secure and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Never send us your password or one-time verification codes.
4. Prices and payment
Website prices include VAT where applicable. The total price, included services and payment arrangements will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges under its own terms.
Any approved discount must be arranged before purchasing. Global Pricing does not apply to Core. Discounts are subject to their stated conditions, and coupon codes cannot be combined with each other.
5. Instalment plans
Where an instalment plan is available, the payment dates, amounts and access arrangements will be explained before you agree.
For plans arranged directly with us, access begins once the first payment has cleared and the course has opened. Missed payments may result in access being paused, subject to your payment agreement and applicable law.
Contact us promptly if you expect difficulty making a payment.
6. Mastery access and changes to exam plans
Mastery access opens five months before the first day of your chosen exam sitting and ends the day after the last day of that sitting.
Purchasing before the opening date does not unlock early access. If you purchase after access has opened, your course retains the same end date.
Mastery is not an automatically renewing subscription. Ordinary pauses and extensions are not available.
If you cannot sit your exam because you could not secure a place, illness or serious circumstances, contact us about transferring to the next course for your new sitting. Your remaining access days carry over free of charge; this does not provide a fresh five-month access period.
We will confirm the access dates and any proposed additional payment before arranging the transfer. A live-course booking is considered separately under section 8.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Your legal rights
Our commercial cancellation policy is additional to your rights under applicable law.
Where you are entitled to cancel or receive a refund by law, we will honour that entitlement. We will not deduct a processing fee where the law prohibits it.
Starting access does not, by itself, necessarily remove statutory cancellation rights. Any required consent and acknowledgement must be obtained through the purchase process.
Mastery and All-Inclusive
Before course access opens, you may cancel at any time under our commercial policy, regardless of when you purchased.
Once access has opened, our commercial policy allows cancellation within 14 days of purchase, provided no course material has been used. The 14 days run from purchase, not from the opening date.
Our commercial policy provides for a 5% processing deduction only where it is lawful to apply it. This deduction does not override an entitlement to a full refund under applicable law.
Outside these commercial cancellation conditions, we consider exceptional circumstances individually. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
Standalone live courses
Cancellation and transfer requests are assessed under the terms applicable to your booking and your legal rights. Please contact us before making changes.
Problems with a paid product
If a course is cancelled by us, or content or services are not supplied as described or do not meet applicable legal requirements, contact us. We will provide the remedy required by law, which may include a refund.
Requesting cancellation
Email us with your name, registered email address and the purchase you wish to cancel. Include your order reference if available. These details help us locate your purchase; they do not restrict any lawful way of exercising cancellation rights.
8. Moving a live-course booking
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to move a live-course booking.
Transfer eligibility, notice requirements and any charge depend on the terms applicable to your purchase. We will explain any proposed charge before you agree to the transfer.
A transfer of Mastery access does not automatically transfer a live-course booking. Existing purchase terms and legal rights remain protected.
9. Resitter Support
If you prepared with us on Mastery or All-Inclusive and did not pass, proof of your result is required before we arrange Resitter Support.
Under our written Resitter Support policy, eligible candidates receive 50% off their next Mastery or All-Inclusive course for the same exam stage. For All-Inclusive, this covers the whole course, including its live-course component.
A progress reset is available on request once eligibility is verified. Additional discounts cannot be added to the 50% reduction.
This support does not apply to standalone live-course purchases or solely because you studied with another provider. Contact us before purchasing your next course so we can confirm eligibility.
10. Pass First Time Guarantee and Scholar Teaching Programme
Pass First Time Guarantee
The guarantee is included with qualifying FRCR Physics, 2A and 2B All-Inclusive purchases. It is not included with standalone Mastery, standalone live courses or Anatomy.
To qualify, you must:
Have purchased All-Inclusive for your first attempt at that exam stage and joined at least three months before the exam.
Attempt all Mastery questions through mocks, practice or both.
Achieve at least 80% correct, with reattempts allowed and your best result counting.
Engage with at least 75% of scheduled Mastery teaching, live or by recording. Daily Vivas and study groups do not count towards this requirement.
Attend all live-course sessions.
Provide official proof of failure for the relevant sitting within four weeks of results being released.
The guarantee can be used once per candidate per exam stage. We verify eligibility using platform and attendance records.
Qualifying candidates receive:
FRCR 2B: the next 2B Mastery course free, plus an Observer place on the next RR-ELR FRCR 2B Live Course, without hot seats.
FRCR Physics: the next Physics Mastery and Physics Live course free.
FRCR 2A: the next 2A Mastery and 2A Live course free.
This is a support guarantee, not a promise that you will pass an examination. Specific terms already agreed with existing purchasers remain protected.
Scholar Teaching Programme
The programme is application-based and subject to acceptance and a separate agreement.
The contribution towards your course fee, teaching commitments and completion period will be confirmed before you join. Applying does not guarantee a place or a reduction in fees.
11. Core subscriptions
Core is separate from Mastery and renews on your selected monthly or yearly plan until cancelled.
You can cancel renewal at any time. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling renewal does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund for unused time.
Our commercial first-payment policy allows cancellation within 14 days of the first payment if no cases have been used. A 5% processing deduction applies only where lawful. This commercial window does not apply to renewal payments and does not restrict statutory rights.
Monthly-to-yearly changes take effect immediately; yearly-to-monthly changes take effect at the next renewal.
Your renewal price and payment frequency must be explained before you subscribe. Existing subscribers retain their subscription price while their subscription continues without cancellation.
12. Existing and legacy purchases
Legacy Combined, Premium, Plus and rolling Question Bank subscriptions retain the applicable terms agreed when purchased, including relevant pauses, extensions and written commitments.
Existing course purchases also retain any specifically protected purchase terms, including previously agreed access dates.
These terms do not retrospectively remove rights or promises attached to an existing purchase. Contact us if you are unsure which arrangements apply to you.
13. Acceptable use and course materials
Our materials are for your personal educational use. Unless authorised or permitted by law, you must not redistribute course materials, share access, record or publish teaching sessions, or copy content for commercial use.
Do not interfere with platform security or use the services unlawfully.
Materials belong to Revise Radiology or the relevant rights holders. Do not submit identifiable patient information, confidential examination material or content you do not have permission to share.
14. Educational use and AI features
Our services support education and examination preparation. They are not a substitute for clinical judgement, professional medical advice or current clinical guidance.
AI-generated marking and feedback may contain errors and should be reviewed critically. They do not replace consultant judgement or official examination assessment.
Exam eligibility, rules and results are determined by the relevant examining body. Completing a course does not confer a professional qualification or guarantee a pass.
15. Service changes and account restrictions
We may need to maintain or update the platform. If a change materially affects a paid service, we will explain the effect and the options available under your agreement and applicable law.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect security or investigate suspected misuse. Restrictions will be proportionate, and we will explain the reason and how to contact us where lawful and appropriate.
Suspension or termination does not remove your legal rights or any refund entitlement required by law.
16. Responsibility and privacy
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Independently operated third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Using service providers does not remove our own legal responsibilities.
17. Complaints and changes to these terms
Contact us if you have a complaint about your purchase or our services. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.
Revised terms will identify their effective date. Changes affecting an existing purchase must comply with applicable law and will not automatically remove previously agreed rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights applicable in your country of residence.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
