Has your course opened?
Mastery access opens five months before the first day of your chosen exam sitting. Buying early reserves your place but does not unlock the course before that date.
Did you pay by invoice or an agreed instalment plan?
Our team adds these purchases to your account once your first payment has cleared. Your course must also have reached its opening date.
