How a transfer works
What happens to my access?
Your remaining access days carry over to the course for your new sitting. A transfer does not provide a fresh five months of access. Mastery courses cannot be paused or extended.

How do I request a transfer?

Your registered email address
Your current course and exam sitting
The reason you cannot sit your exam
Your intended new sitting
We’ll review your circumstances and confirm the arrangement before making changes.
What if I have an older subscription?
Combined, Premium, Plus and rolling Question Bank subscriptions retain their original terms. Contact us so we can check which arrangements apply to you.
