Mastery and All-Inclusive: before access opens
You can cancel at any time before your course access opens for a full refund, less a 5% processing fee, regardless of when you purchased.
Mastery and All-Inclusive: after access opens
You can cancel within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any course material. Eligible refunds are issued less a 5% processing fee.
The 14 days run from your purchase date, not your course opening date. Outside these conditions, a refund is not available under this policy.
Standalone live courses
You can cancel within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any course material, for a full refund less a 5% processing fee.
If you contact us more than 30 days before the live course starts, you can move your booking to a later course date free of charge.
Core and older purchases
Core subscriptions have separate cancellation and refund terms. Older purchases may retain previously agreed terms. Contact us to check which terms apply to your purchase.
Changed exam plans or exceptional circumstances?

How to request a cancellation
Message us on WhatsApp or email info@reviseradiology.com with your purchase email address, course name and order reference, if available.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
