Can I switch between devices?
Yes. You can log in on your own laptop, home computer or work computer. Always log out after using a shared computer.
Received an “Account Access Verification” email?
This may be prompted by activity from different locations, including travel or VPN use. If you recognise the activity, follow the instructions in the email. If you don’t recognise it, reset your password and contact us.
Never share your password or one-time verification codes, including with our team.
Can I share my account with a colleague?
No. Each person needs their own account. Your colleague can try a demo, or contact us about group pricing if several of you are preparing together.
