▸ What is a "cohort"?
A cohort is a single exam sitting. Each cohort is built for one specific sitting, and access ends once that exam has passed. That's deliberate — your preparation stays aligned to the exam you're actually taking, with nothing diluted across sittings.
What this means for you:
- Choose the cohort that matches your sitting.
- Access ends on the stated date, which is a day after your exam date. There are no extensions.
- Sitting FRCR 2A in November 2026? →FRCR 2A Question Bank (November 2026 Cohort): access ends 5 November 2026
- Sitting FRCR 2A in April 2027? → FRCR 2A Question Bank (April 2027 Cohort): moves to the new platform on 1 October 2026
Please don't buy Autumn Mastery 2026 if you're sitting in April 2027 or later — access ends on 5 November 2026 and cannot be extended beyond that date.
▸ The new platform — what moves, and when
From 2 November 2026, all 2027 cohort products move to a new Revise Radiology platform. If you're on a 2027 cohort, that move is automatic and free — you don't need to do anything. 2026 cohorts are not moved automatically; they remain on the current platform through your sitting, so your revision stays exactly where you left it.

You won't be moved across automatically, and we don't recommend switching mid-preparation. If you're sitting in 2026, learning a new platform takes time — time better spent revising.

▸ Changes to the 2A Question Bank
We've stopped selling our older 2A question bank. After a detailed review, we chose quality and structure over sheer volume — we'd rather withdraw legacy material we're no longer fully behind than keep it simply to make the bank look larger.
In its place: Autumn Mastery 2026 — 2,400 questions built as a structured preparation programme for the November 2026 exam, not just a bank to work through. Access runs from purchase to 5 November 2026 for everyone, so the earlier you join, the longer you have. The price will not reduce as the exam approaches.

- April 2027 2A Mastery Course — £497 + VAT. The cohort-based structured programme for the April 2027 sitting, on the new platform, with access continuing until the day after the examination.
- February 2027 2A Course — £397 + VAT. Structured live 2A sessions with consultant faculty, recorded for replay..
- 2A All-Inclusive — £797 + VAT. The 2A Live course and 2A Mastery together in one subscription.
▸ Why the April 2027 Cohort costs more than November 2026 Cohort
These are two different products for two different sittings — priced by scope, features, platform and how long you have access. Autumn Mastery 2026 is a focused November-sitting programme with a tighter scope and access to 5 November 2026. The April 2027 2A Mastery Course is a full structured programme on the new platform, including 2A study groups and additional resources, with access until the day after the April exam. The difference reflects what each includes and how long it runs — not the same product at two prices.
▸ A note on preferential pricing
Global preferential pricing is available for eligible trainees in LMIC countries and through institutions and deaneries.
▸ Extensions and resits
Cohorts don't extend — each ends after its sitting (The November 2026 Cohort ends 5 November 2026). If you sit and don't pass, you won't be starting over alone: we offer dedicated support to help you continue into the next cohort at a preferential rate.

2A Online Course
The course opens with 4 full-length mock papers before teaching begins, so you know exactly where your gaps are before the first session starts. Teaching is then targeted at what needs fixing: 4 days of live, interactive SBA teaching across all 6 modules, with live faculty feedback and detailed explanation of why wrong answers are wrong. This is not a lecture series. It's a guided, systematic review — designed to consolidate months of independent study and make sure it holds together under the pressure of the actual exam.
