These are online interactive teaching sessions in a viva format particularly catered to candidates sitting the FRCR 2B Examinations.

The aim of these interactive webinars is to improve the presentation and mirror the experience you get on courses so you have an edge in the examinations.

These sessions are run as one full day per month typically on the first Saturday of every month. The aim is to show about 80 cases per day and the opportunity to be on the hot seat on a first come first served basis. However, even if you don't get to be on the hot seat, there is almost as much to be gained by just being an observer as you get to see how other candidates present and then get feedback from an examiner not only on the diagnosis but also on presentation technique. The sessions are recorded and will be made available for 1 month following the session's date, giving you sufficient time to review them in case you cannot attend these live. 

There is also a coaching element to these sessions with a view to setting targets for your preparation.

A subscription to this also gives you access to our regular teaching webinars on a wide variety of topics relevant to Radiologists preparing for examinations such as the FRCR (Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists, London). These are recorded and are available to view on the website for subscribers. The webinars to date include lectures covering the whole syllabus of the exam.

The CMC Vellore FRCR 2B Course is a 2-day course delivered on an online platform that simulates the FRCR Examination and will be run as a collaboration between Revise Radiology and the Christian Medical College Vellore, India

You will get 4 sessions of Vivas and 4 sessions of written packets (where all 4 rapid reporting and long case packets will be done live as a mock exam). There will also be 2 sessions discussing the written packets.

• For those on the standard course you will get 4 hot seats each with 15 minutes on the hot seat and 10 minutes of feedback (On the Standard Course).. A further 12 vivas observed.

• For those on the observer course, you will be observing a total of 16 vivas over the course of the 2 days

The viva cases will be presented to candidates on zoom where the candidates will be given links to the examiners' case folders for them to scroll through in real time. The session will run to closely simulate the actual examination experience with 15 minutes of viva presentation followed by 10 minutes of feedback

• When you are not down for a viva session you will be doing Long Case and Rapid Reporting Packets.  At the end of each day, there will be a session discussingl the packets (2 packets per day)

Candidates will use the Revise Radiology website to access to the mock written packets and this will be done live so as to reflect the examination.

This course is a 4 day compehensive FRCR 2B Course.

You will get 8 sessions of Vivas and 8 sessions of written packets (where all 8 rapid reporting and long case packets will be done live as a mock exam). There will also be 4 sessions discussing the written packets.

• For those on the standard course, you will get 8 hot seats each with 15 minutes on the hot seat and 10 minutes of feedback (On the Standard Course). You will observe a further 24 vivas of other candidates on the hot seats over the 4 days.

• For those on the observer course, you will be observing a total of 32 vivas over the course of the 4days

The viva cases will be presented to candidates on zoom where the candidates will be given links to the examiners' case folders for them to scroll through in real time. The session will run to closely simulate the actual examination experience with 15 minutes of viva presentation followed by 10 minutes of feedback

The Norwich FRCR 2B ONLINE Course is a 1 day live 2B course delivered on an online platform that simulates the FRCR Examination and runs as a collaboration between Revise Radiology and Consultants teaching on the Popular FRCR Course run by East of England Imaging Academy (Norwich Radiology Academy).

All the examiners are experienced and have been involved with the Norwich Course for many years, including former and current FRCR examiners. This means that the viva packets they use are of a similar standard to the FRCR examinations. 

 The viva sessions are delivered over zoom and the examiners have been involved in the Norwich course for many years. The rapid reporting and long case packets have been designed to reflect the standard of the examination.This course includes:

•  4 x Hot seats each with 15 minutes on the hot seat and 10 minutes of feedback.
• 4  Long Case Packets

• 4 Rapid Reporting Packets
• A further 10 hours of vivas are observed (approximately 150 cases)

The Cairo FRCR 2B Course is a 2-day course delivered on an online platform that simulates the FRCR Examination and will be run as a collaboration between Revise Radiology and Consultants based in the UK and Egypt who have associations with Hospitals in Cairo 

You will get 4 sessions of Vivas and 4 sessions of written packets (where all 4 rapid reporting and long case packets will be done live as a mock exam). There will also be 2 sessions discussing the written packets.

• For those on the standard course, you will get 4 hot seats each with 15 minutes on the hot seat and 10 minutes of feedback (On the Standard Course). A further 12 vivas observed.

• For those on the observer course, you will be observing a total of 16 vivas over the course of the 2 days
