Fellowships

Revise Radiology is offering a Fellowship Programme designed to support highly motivated trainees preparing for the FRCR 2B exam. This 12-month fellowship will provide comprehensive academic support, including access to the All-Inclusive course and a series of responsibilities.

The Fellowship is focused solely on FRCR 2B, ensuring Fellows have a structured, exam-aligned pathway with defined tasks that mirror the existing scholar responsibilities.

Who Is the Fellowship For?

The Fellowship is suitable for trainees who:

The Fellowship is exam-aligned and is designed to work with exam preparation, not against it.

Fellowship Tasks & Expectations

Fellows will be expected to perform a range of tasks aligned with scholar responsibilities and will contribute to the FRCR 2B exam preparation materials. These tasks include:

1. Facilitating Study Groups

  • Actively facilitate and engage in study group discussions.

  • Support peers in their exam preparation by answering non-clinical questions and providing study materials.

2. Case Improvement & Content Creation

  • Contribute to the improvement of FRCR 2B cases through case updates and annotations.

  • Assist with case improvement based on feedback, providing updated explanations, key findings, and pitfalls.

3. MCQ Creation & Quality Assurance

  • Help generate high-quality MCQs for the 2B exam, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with exam standards.

  • Review existing content to improve accuracy, add explanations, and refine distractors.

4. Teaching Support

  • Assist in study groups or micro-teaching sessions as needed.

  • Prepare short teaching slides or teaching materials for group sessions.

5. Community Engagement

  • Moderate study group channels to maintain a positive environment.

  • Answer non-clinical queries from peers and share valuable exam tips.

Fellows must be ready to complete all tasks within the set timelines to gain certification and academic recognition.

Selection Process

The selection process will include:

  1. Application Submission: Complete the application by February 15, 2026.

  2. Shortlisting & Interviews: Interviews will be held for shortlisted candidates, where we assess motivation, suitability for the Fellowship, and potential for contributing meaningfully to the programme.

  3. Fellowship Confirmation: Successful candidates will be notified and inducted into the Fellowship prior to the start date on April 1, 2026.

  2. Prepare for an Interview (for shortlisted candidates).

  3. Attend the Fellowship Induction before April 1, 2026.

Note: Only 2B candidates are eligible for this Fellowship. The Fellowship tasks are focused specifically on FRCR 2B exam preparation.

Fellowship Completion

The Fellowship will conclude 12 months after starting, on March 31, 2027, unless an extension is required. Fellows must:

  • Complete all assigned tasks within the Fellowship period.

  • Fulfill the Fellowship responsibilities to the required standard.

Upon successful completion, Fellows will receive a certificate recognising their academic contribution and their completion of the programme.
