FRCR Part 1
Self-paced online course
FRCR Anatomy Mastery course
One self-paced course for your FRCR Part 1 Anatomy revision, covering anatomy across body systems and imaging modalities. It focuses on the anatomy that matters most, in a set amount you can work through before your exam.
- 1000questions
Everything you need, nothing you don’t
Built around the RCR Anatomy curriculum, the course guides you through the anatomy that matters most, with dedicated questions across body systems and imaging modalities. Every question includes an answer to learn from and build your anatomical knowledge.
You’ll get a clear, finite set of 1,000 questions to work through over the five months before your exam, not an overwhelming bank to race through. Structured practice across body regions and modalities helps you build recognition and recall, alongside 10 timed exam-mode packets on a simulated risr/assess interface and clear progress reporting to track your revision.
How you'll learn
Target your weak areas
Focus your practice on the body regions and imaging modalities you need to strengthen, or on questions you haven’t seen yet, and put your time where your gaps are. Anything you get wrong is marked for review, ready to retake later. Track your coverage and retention separately, so you can see what you’ve worked through and what needs another look.

Replicate exam conditions
Sit timed mock exams on a simulated risr/assess interface, the same software you’ll use on the day. Afterwards, review every answer in depth. With 10 exam-mode packets, you can build your timing, practise recalling anatomical names under pressure and track your progress towards the exam.

Learn from every question
In practice mode, the answer appears after each question, so you can check your identification and learn from mistakes before moving on. You can ask the AI tutor questions about the anatomy as you work through the material. Questions marked for review return after seven days, helping you revisit difficult structures and strengthen your recall.

Frequently asked questions
Each course opens five months before the first day of the exam and ends the day after the exam. If you buy after your course has opened, you start straight away and have the time that’s left until your exam.
You don’t need to wait. Choose the sitting you’re aiming for. If your course has already opened and you can’t get an exam seat, or you’re ill or have serious circumstances, we move you to the next course with the days you had left, at no charge. If your course hasn’t opened yet, you can cancel for a full refund, less a 5% payment processing fee.
No. Anatomy Mastery is a standalone course for your exam sitting, and it doesn’t include Core. Core is a separate library of more than 2,000 radiology cases for ongoing learning, not a dedicated Anatomy revision resource. You don’t need it to work through Anatomy Mastery.
The course has 1,000 anatomy questions across body systems and imaging modalities, with 10 exam-mode packets. Work through questions in practice mode, then test your recall under timed conditions on a simulated risr/assess interface. Progress tracking by body region and modality shows where you need more work. Anything you get wrong is marked for review, and you can ask the AI tutor questions as you revise.
You may be able to claim through your deanery study budget. Mastery is structured as a course with defined dates and learning outcomes. We can provide an invoice and course description to support your claim; check eligibility, your deanery’s process and its deadlines with its administrator.
There are several ways to pay less. Global Pricing offers discounts depending on the country you work in and whether you’re a trainee: check your rate and apply. You can use Revise Points you’ve earned on the platform. Eligible candidates can also earn a reduction in the cost through the Scholar Teaching Programme. If none of these works for you, get in touch and we’ll talk it through.
Four things. The platform simulates the real exam software, so you can get familiar with the interface before the day. The course gives you a finite set of 1,000 questions across body systems and imaging modalities, rather than an overwhelming bank to race through. Timed mock exams and progress tracking help you test your recall and identify gaps. And review tools and an AI tutor help you learn from mistakes, rather than simply move on to the next question. You’re paying for structured practice and focused revision rather than volume.
No course can honestly promise exhaustive coverage of human anatomy across every imaging modality. Anatomy Mastery gives you structured practice through the anatomy that matters most, with 1,000 questions across body systems and modalities. It’s a manageable set to work through before your exam, designed to build recognition and recall without claiming to include every structure you could encounter.
