Everything you need to prepare for your Part 1 Exam sitting — and what's changing.

▸ What is a "cohort"?

A cohort is a single exam sitting. Each Part 1 cohort is built for one specific sitting, and access ends once that exam has passed — so your Anatomy and Physics preparation stays aligned to the date you're actually taking.

What this means for you:

  • Choose the cohort that matches your sitting.
  • Access ends on the stated date, which is a day after your exam date. There are no extensions.
  • Sitting the March exam? → FRCR Anatomy Question Bank (March 2027 Cohort) OR FRCR Physics Question Bank (March 2027 Cohort)
  • Sitting the June exam, or later? → All future Mastery cohorts will be launched 6 months before the exam date.

▸ The new platform — what moves, and when

From 2 November 2026, all 2027 cohort products move to a new Revise Radiology platform. If you're on a 2027 Part 1 cohort, the move is automatic and free.

▸ I'm on a 2026 cohort — can I move to the new platform?

You won't be moved across automatically, and we don't recommend switching mid-preparation. If you still wish to move, a £25 + VAT transfer may apply. Please contact us and we'll arrange it.

▸ FRCR Part 1 products

  • Anatomy Mastery — £47 + VAT. 1,000 anatomy questions across all systems, a spaced-repetition engine, and performance tracking by system and modality.
  • Physics Mastery — £197 + VAT. 400 physics questions with explanations and a consultant video-explanation library.
  • Physics Live Courses —  £297 + VAT
  • Physics All-Inclusive  — 397 + VAT (Live Course + Physics Mastery)

▸ Extensions and resits

Cohorts don't extend — each ends after its sitting. If you sit and don't pass, we offer dedicated support to help you continue into the next cohort at a preferential rate.

▸ Still choosing the right option?
